Project Overview:
The Westrose Project was a complete home renovation that involved transforming a dated and cramped living space into a modern and functional home that meets the needs and desires of the owners. The project was managed by TMDC Group, a leading construction company known for its quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The renovation involved major structural changes, including the removal of a load-bearing wall on the main floor to create a more open and spacious living area. The ceiling height was also increased by one foot, which enhanced the overall living experience in the house. The main floor and second floor layouts were completely changed to optimize space and functionality, allowing for more efficient use of the available space.
The kitchen was completely transformed with prefinished MDF cabinetry, marble countertops and backsplash, and a marble waterfall island that serves as a striking focal point. The dining area was also renovated, with an addition facing the backyard that makes the space airy and light.
The flooring on both levels of the house is chevron, which adds movement and excitement as well as warmth and class to the house. The antique fireplace added to the living area is one of the highlights of the renovation.
The master bedroom was also extensively renovated, with a 300 sqft balcony added that provides a stunning view of the surrounding area. The bathroom in the master bedroom was transformed into a luxurious four-piece bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, skylight, and window, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The bathroom on the main floor was also resized and transformed into a modern and classy powder room for guests with a stunning wide custom marble vanity.
In addition to the interior renovations, the exterior façade of the house was also updated with dark ash stucco that blends well with the stone works all around the walls close to the ground.
Overall, the Westrose Project is an outstanding example of TMDC Group’s ability to deliver exceptional results on time and on budget. The project involved major structural changes and extensive renovations, but the end result is a beautiful, modern, and functional home that meets the needs and preferences of the owners.
