Project Overview:
This full home renovation on Howland Avenue reimagines a 3,200 sq.ft. Victorian residence, carefully balancing heritage preservation with modern living.
The project focused on maintaining the home’s original architectural character while upgrading it for contemporary comfort and performance. A fully redesigned kitchen reflects a refined Victorian aesthetic, combining classic detailing with modern functionality.
To enhance natural light and improve the overall flow, new structural openings were introduced, along with two expansive 5’ x 9’ windows that transform previously enclosed areas into bright, open living spaces.
In addition to the visual upgrades, significant structural work was undertaken to address existing challenges and ensure long-term stability. Original radiators were restored and reimagined as statement features, adding a unique design element that complements the home’s historic charm.
The result is a thoughtfully executed renovation that brings new life to a classic Victorian home, preserving its character while elevating it for modern living.
